Sherlock and Cecelia have always had a bit of a complicated relationship. As children they would play together and got along but as they got older things got a bit more complicated. Cecelia didn't want to be a freak like her brother and often dated the boys who used to beat him up. However she always helped him get back on his feet and looked up to him. They lived together in Paris for a time and Cecelia looks back on it as one of the best years of her life. Now they see each other quite a lot and Cecelia likes to think she looks after him. They can be mean to each other too though and they know each others weaknesses.
Al and Celia met when they were both quite drunk in a bar in New York City. They ended up playing drinking games and spilling their guts out to each other; admitting things to each other they have never admitted before. Cecelia invited her over to London a couple times and then Al got pregnant. Although still pretty new friends Cecelia persuaded Alessia to move in with her. The two have been through a lot together and have fallen out a couple times but they always end up back together. Cecelia sometimes wonders if she feels something more than friendship to Al, but would never act on it.
Bruce was having a panic attack the first them they met. She cured it however with the only things she knows help her; alcohol and sex. One month later she sends him a text saying 'you any good with kids?' At first it was a little complicated but now she is head over heals in love with him. He is finally opening up to her and Cecelia belives she can really help him get better, but as always there's a cost. Sometimes he gets angry and hurts her, but of course she'll forgive him. She loves him.
Cecelia really likes John and thinks he is good for Sherlock. They seemed to only meet when there is something wrong though and she's like to change that. Because of a recent head wound John doesn't actually remember who Cecelia is and she'd like to rebuild the relationship in a better way and become a good friend of the doctor.
Sebastian was the bad boy that Cecelia couldn't have and wanted. Because of this she got into a lot of trouble from Seb's boyfriend - Jim Moriarty - but Sebastian always came to save her, which only made it worse. She accpected that they wouldn't be more than friends - however had found herself in love with the man - and chose to just be friends. She even made him god father to her daughter because Lex liked him so much. In February of this year Sebastian played a major part in the death of her daughter and the relationship has never been the same. They text ocassionsly however they never talk about anything important, only good books to read and hipster jokes.
